A slightly elongated opal heart is set in sterling silver and surrounded with sparkly cubic zirconia pavé. It hangs fixed on a delicate sterling silver chain.

The heart is 7/8" (22mm) long and 5/8" (15mm) wide. Look at the photos - even the back of the heart pendant, decorated with tiny openings in heart shapes, is beautiful, showing the extremely fine workmanship on this amazing necklace.

Choose from a white or a dark blue opal gemstone pendant. Makes a wonderful gift for someone very special!

The sterling chain is 16" long with 2" extender and a lobster clasp.
