Jewelry can be returned free of charge for a full refund within 21 days of receipt of the package. We will email you a shipping label that can be printed and affixed to the package. Refunds will be processed when the Leila Jewels receives the package. You will be notified when your refund has been processed.
After 21 days you can still return the jewelry for store credit for up to 45 days.
If you received your Leila jewelry as a gift you can receive store credit for up to 30 days after receipt. Send an email to
info@leilajewels.com and we will email you a shipping label to return the jewelry free of charge.
Gifts items (non-jewelry) purchased can also be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit for up to 21 days after receipt, but there will be a charge for the return shipping, up to $13.00, depending on the weight of the item. Send an email to
info@leilajewels.com and we will email you a shipping label. Your account will be credited, less the shipping cost, when the item is received by Leila Jewels.
